Critical Mass in Long Beach. Route is mellow and coastal this week. Check the route out-right through my hood. Come one, come all. I'm pumped.

well, it's that time of the month...year again when i decide to go sober living. too much time and money has been spent abusing my bod and mind. i've had some revaluations lately and i think i'm really serious about changing my ways this time. no really.

so on my list of TO DO's is:
-continue playing tennis @ least 3 days a week
-ride the shiz out of my bike (Critical Mass this Friday evening)
-drink more H20 than my other favorite drinks
-TAXES
-take advantage of all the FREE and rad cultural events going on in LA County.

so off i go on my new research of the above....more to follow!
